Cancellation Policy
At AIRE, we value both our clients’ time and our team’s schedule. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to everyone, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:
10-Minute Grace Period
Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time. Arriving later than 10 minutes may require us to reschedule your appointment.
No Call / No Show
If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not notify us in advance, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not notify us in advance but, reschedule within the same week 50% of the missed appointment will be charged. Client will still owe full appointment amount at the rescheduled appointment.
Same-Day Cancellations
We understand that unexpected things can happen.
First same-day cancellation: The fee will be waived as a courtesy.
Second same-day cancellation: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

If you are feeling unwell or have fallen ill, please call or text us as soon as possible so we can help you reschedule your appointment.
